Does anyone else have difficulty combining what they know with how they act? I've been particularly paranoid and anxious lately and I find myself constantly betraying my own knowledge when I try and talk to people, to the point where it has a negative impact on my job performance and day to day functioning. There are days when I can't look anyone in the eye without seething with distrust and hate.
