F*ck e-cigs. Check this out. Cold Turkey is where it's at.

Cold turkey is defo the way to quit. E cigs just prolong your addiction.

I get the cancer thing. JWB if you're trying to quit that's a start.

Why did you start smoking again?

cause i like smoking. and i got a stressful job where that's what everyone did on break.

edit - crazy thing is i didn't ever start smoking till i was about 20, when i quit smoking weed. i just missed having a blunt after work and so i picked up cigs. dumb choice, as cigs are a **** alternative to weed.

mental health / psychology related: i have a weird addiction to pain on the tip of my tongue. i really have no idea why this is, but i seem to bite it all the time. i feel like i would enjoy getting it pierced. i don't even want to wear a tongue ring, i just think i would enjoy the actual piercing process.

the past few days I've been having auditory hallucinations.

yesterday at work I felt someone walk past me and say hello, referring to me by name.

I felt and heard them right beside me.

when I turned to look around and see who it was (I have no peripheral vision so this is crucial) there wasn't anyone as far as I could see.

anywhere.

funny thing, some years ago I was being treated for mild schizophrenia but my recent symptoms have probably been brought on by lack of sleep or excessive alcohol/otc drug use so... yeah, I don't know.

^when I was drinking heavily I had vivid auditory hallucinations fairly often, mostly while drinking but sometimes not. They went away when I cut back.
