It's more than that, though. This kind of thing has been going on since I was 12. |

Conan actually mentioned it years ago, that's where I heard about it from first. If it's seasonal, there's also light therapy. I've had problems with both therapy and drugs (almost died from one med), I find what usually helps me most is being aware of my negative thought patterns and doing my own form of cbt to conquer the thoughts.

L-tyrosine really is great. Though I take it alongside prozac and ativan so I'm not really sure which drug is doing what to help, but ffs paired with therapy I've come a long way since starting them all three months ago.

it's starting to get real hairy. I can feel it effecting me physically.
I need a prescription for psychotic but don't want to see a psychiatrist nor have the funds I don't believe. Not sure what to do. I binge drink but worry the repercussions it may have going forward. |

feeling like environment/people around me are being tethered for me by a 3rd party.
Constantly feeling monitored. Feeling like doors are being closed on me because i'm disappointing people with a specific agenda/criteria when socializing with me. Feeling like certain person is trying to mentally break me down to build me back up. Dude gives me infinite adderoll and references specific events in my life he was not part of. He's a neuroscience student and I think he's getting off ****ing with me |

I think that everybody has it to some degree. What makes you think you're full blown though?
