Exactly, they act like you're doing it for attention. Really? I made up a serious illness that affects people I love because I desperately want attention from douchebags like you? PLEASE.

Had it on my torso and arms too but they didn't feel as strong and my legs were fine. Had a few "corner of the eye" hallucinations with it too. I wasn't really having any troubled breathing as I've seen plenty of people do and I don't think my heart rate was much faster than usual. Anyone had anything like that before? I've had similarish on a comedown once but it was with a painful headache and only lasted about 15min.
You can get things like that going on or off SSRI meds. I have had some weird things like that with anxiety but usually only when I am extremely anxious. The corner of the eye thing I usually get when I am really tired. During one particularly bad anxiety attack I had rather disturbing kind of demons in the shadows hallucinations.

Ah really? Thanks for that, never been on prescribed antidepressants of any sort before though. I was a bit sleep deprived so could explain the hallucinations I'd guess about 34 hours awake when it started, not that long though and I've never had that on its own before-luckily no demons though! It was basically just what seemed to be sharp movement across the room so just figured it was part of the paranoia you get with anxiety. I know why I was anxious as I found out some stuff which had messed me for a few years, but at the time it felt more like a relief than a problem? Then about 8 hours after it kicked in, I would have assumed if it was anxiety it would have kicked in straight away?

I guess it combined with the sleep deprivation. That can have pretty major effects on the brain.

Ok so today, I finally gave into doing something I am strongly against.... I excepted a prescription to Prozac and Xanax ( I am not against the xanax I have had many a fun time on them...) But finally excepting an antidepressant was something I have never really believed in... For two reasons 1. I fully believe that if you start doing something like that and you run out, and you go off your meds you might end up shooting up a post office, screaming you don't have your meds... 2. I don't think there is anything wrong with being a little sad sometimes...

I have been stricken with panic, I mean sheer terror, at the least opportune times, and be paralyzed for 20 minutes to 1 hour. So the Doctor gave me a very specif perscription

1. 40 minutes of excersie no if ands or butts...
2. More Sex (True Story)
3. Vacation (as soon as humanly possible I am to call for the note next week)
4. Xanax
5. Prozac

I think I love my doctor...

You sound excited I am for you but wonder why he didn't prescribe you Effexor XR as it is for both depression and social anxiety. Literally I can look any stranger in the eye, approach anyone, talk to/carry on a conversation, and most of all smile and mean it. It is a freedom I never knew off this medicine, permission to be myself, bc there's no dark cloud hanging over my head 24/7.
