My doctor said
that I need to go back to my full dose of antidepressant Effexor XR and to stop weaning myself off. The deciding factor for him are my constant thoughts of death. I dont think I have ever stopped thinking about death and dying since early 2003.

i belive that constant tought of death can be a good thing if you look at it from a buddhist stand point, the tought of impermanence as a real thing not just a concept, they even recomend beeing present at the moment when our loved ones past away...

other than that, our mind can play tricks on us if we allow ourselfs to go into the intelectual part of life, its a never ending journey that can take us to the darkest and the brightest sides of things, but life itself dosnt have a mind... by this i mean that the mind is what makes us look at things in a good/bad perspective, life has no sense, there is no real purpose other than to be and do what you feel like, just try not to hurt anyone else.

and make music, dance and sing.

I've had issues with harmonizing with nature and my job of late, but can't say a word. One of my major concerns has been the customers, which is not good. It's like, I hear their voice, but I'm thinking of innumerable things which could affect their circumstances.

TY, Afro Blue. That's what I thought too at some point like realist view.

and also regarding the spiritual realm, i belive there must be much more to life that we cannot grasp, even if we are aware that there is stuff going around that we dont understand, there is really no much good that can come out of that... i have this belive that spirits live trough us, and there are beeings that dont have an organism that are just floating around... but i know that this is just a notion and i leave it at that.. like serious fiction. THere is much more to fear in the living than in the ones that are non organic, people can be cruel and plain evil, and everyday is a constant battle to amend our bodys and our minds to reconcile the spirit and the matter so a new light can flower to help strengthen the sun, by the shine of our souls.

i pray that we can all learn to live more in our hearts and less in our minds.

thnk you all for this online comunity, it sure is fun to share toughts trough this extra sensorial comunication. Peace to all.

You guys know what's really annoying? People who make my mental illness/addiction their own business. Like yeah I have bipolar disorder but is it really anyone's place but my own to speak on it? Nope, especially when plebes like to talk about my addiction, pure plebe behaviour, tbh. I just seem high/drunk most of the time depending on my current episode, it's obnoxious and so boring when people suggest otherwise. Plus, it's like, sorry did you study Psych? Do you have a mental illness, or did you just read about it on WebMD and proclaim yourself an expert? Ugh, I just hate people anymore.

Another thing on the same subject that really pisses me off is when people make it seem like it's not a big deal.
My whole life, I've been made to feel like my sensitivity is just stupid, but I'm not going to let people say that about my anxiety.

Same here about making it their business. I can understand thinking it might be since I typed about it here publicly, however it's not. I do bc I am not ashamed and many ppl on Youtube document their weanings off drugs to help others. There is a difference bet. light hearted joking of taking med (singular) and malicious. Usually the purposefully hurtful has projecting behind or using it to hide contrasting views.
To be told to go back to full high dose is a trip. At the same time tho I am relieved.

So I don't usually get many things where I think about myself but yesterday I had a bit of a weird anxiety period, attack makes it sound bad but it wasn't worrying or anything, just strange really. I had like a pins and needles feeling on my face/skull and sort of inside my head for going on four or five hours. Had it on my torso and arms too but they didn't feel as strong and my legs were fine. Had a few "corner of the eye" hallucinations with it too. I wasn't really having any troubled breathing as I've seen plenty of people do and I don't think my heart rate was much faster than usual. Anyone had anything like that before? I've had similarish on a comedown once but it was with a painful headache and only lasted about 15min.
