Ugh, I'm tired of stupid clients who don't bother to read the nice letters I prepare for them and then email me a bunch of questions which I've already answered if they'd just read the damn documentation.

I'm also tired of this one guy who is making my life miserable, texting, emailing, and calling me day and fucking night trying to get me to do something I can't do and wasn't paid to do. If you want Amazon to get off your back, you sick the IRS on them, you just paid me to set up your company and that's what I did. Not my fault you chose the wrong tax election and are now losing more money than if you went with the C-Corp election like I told you to do. Fucking people fucking up my Friday groove.

I have to assume she expects anecdotes from the other perspective where we've had horrible customer service rather than being a customer service employee dealing with hellish customers.

Far less common in my experience but I'll always remember the time some co-workers and I ended up in a professional menswear store (the kind of place that's 50% suits). I happened to still be wearing jeans and a t-shirt but that didn't change the fact that I had money in my pocket and that we wanted to start looking more like pros. At least until the middle aged clerk approached us, then he looked me up and down, crinkled his brow, and asked...

"Is there a point in trying to help you? Should you even be in this store?"

Not anymore buddy! Not anymore. We'll just take our pockets full of money to your competition on the other side of the mall.

But that's not what the OP asked for. He was specifically asking for people's horror stories about dealing with customers.

I know, I'm just trying to make sense of her reaction.

A friend of mine used to have a job at a local coffee shop that somehow attracts tourists that come in on cruise ships. she apparently got some strange questions from the americans. A lot of them asked "are you from out of state?" and she even had one guy ask if canada was a communist country. she had a lot of run ins with americans complaining about how much they hate paying for CANADIAN things with CANADIAN money and one guy said he'd fist fight the manager over it.

This reminds me of when I worked in a grocery store back when the Canadian dollar sucked and the exchange rate was actually 50%. The tourist was convinced it meant his money was worth double rather than the actual one and a half times worth.

We sent him to the bank up the hill after failing to get him to understand relatively basic math. He didn't come back hahah

I really think you're awesome, you just get me. I've never been good at explaining my opinions.

I got what you were saying too. I was just pointing out that that's not actually the purpose of this thread according to the OP.
