Okay, stupid thick Irish Trollheart has again to ask your urban-savvy guys what the hell is a tweaker?? Looked it up but got various answers, though I'm pretty sure you didn't mean she fiddles with computers and electronics!
I am so out of the loop over here... the loop doesn't call or write anymore...

I used to work overnight shifts at a local gas station. It was right beside a bar, so the majority of my late night customers were drunk people coming from the bar getting chips or smokes, that kind of thing. Usually had no problems, got to know the bartender and late night servers on a first name basis ect ect
So, one night it's particularly slow, and I haven't locked the door yet (usually lock up around 11:30 but I had procrastinated a bit that night), and I run off to the washroom. A guy comes in while I'm doing my business. I come back out and he gets right in my face about not being behind the counter. I try to explain what I was doing but he was having none of it. It's pretty clear that he's drunk, but I suspect he was on more than a few too many beers. Anyway, looks as though he's about to raise his fist to me. That's when the bartender comes in for his smokes. Asks the guy what the hell he's doing, he just murmurs "You don't even know man" and shambles out of the building.

I once answered a call from a customer looking for "a gallon jug of personal lubricant".
I've also had multiple items thrown at me (clothing, small appliances, childrens' toys) while working behind a service desk in the past. People are crazy.

Because problems with packing peoples shit is hardly worth getting upset about. If people get mad at you just let them have their huff and go as it's their problem that they need to get over.
