i don't. thats the problem with me.. i just let it build up and build up til i crack and i turn into a raging monster of either violence or depression... but nm. doesnt happen often.

someone came up to me at school and told me that the misfits suck(i was wearing one of my misfits shirts and beanies) so i punched him in the nose and started stomping on his head until he blead from his ears.
