Really? I don't think I sound anything like O'Brien, but I'm not complaining if you think I do! And yes, 'gnarlins' is really how I say it, albeit I haven't always said it that way, just since assimilating to Texas 10 years ago.

Trust me, my friend, if you come to the US the ladies will be all over you swooning for that accent you have.

lmao, I don't think I've ever heard that one before. I don't really have a lot of opportunity to say "cracker jack" however

It's like "crackajack". It just sounds classic 30s American, like you'd hear it in an old gangster film.
