I had an episode last night for the first time in years. I woke up in my bed this morning but my room was completely trashed, things were in bizarre places and when I went to check the rest of the house my door was locked. I remember dreaming that I was in bed with my roommate (not a sex dream) but I was worried all day that I had done something to creep her out, haha. When I went to go to work my keys were on the porch, I'm terrified that I was trying to drive somewhere. The entire thing was really unsettling.

Wow, that is unsettling... Tie yourself down when you're off to bed? Eesh. I'm sorry.
Two different roommates of mine have told me I've sleptwalked, but I just don't see it. I don't thrash anything, I don't try to leave the house, I don't believe either of them. I'd have to record myself sleeping for a while. Perhaps it's just once every couple years, I dunno. |

I sleepwalked heaps as a child, but I have kind grown out of it - now I just sleep talk.
When I was younger I have been known to sleepwalk into roommates bedrooms, screwed up my blanket and thrown it down the stairs, and other random things. It's really freaky though when you wake up and don't remember any of it. I remember waking up with no blanket or bed coverings, being totally freaked out, and then finding them at the bottom of the stairs. It scares me! |

I woke up once with the car keys in bed with me, and am still horribly concerned about what went on that night: I seriously watched every single local news show to make damn sure there were no hit and runs the night before, even though my car was in pristine condition. Still very scary.
