They sell Stand-To-Pee Devices to FtM transsexuals. It takes a lot of practice but it alleviates the dysphoria of having to sit to pee.

I always thought the condom ambulance in Stockholm was bizarre. If need protection now, just dial the number and they'll deliver a six pack to your doorstep.
