Default Moved....Again

For these keeping track, since joining this board I've lived in:

-Illinois
-Missouri (KCMO & the N.E.)
-Kansas

...and now I'm in Montana, a bit over 1,000 miles away from my last home in Kansas City Kansas. I can look out my window and see Mountains, the Rim Rock, and - being right north of Yellowstone - the wildlife is amazing. So many massive herds of Pronghorn....

Sounds like the views I used to get in Red Dead Redemption

Anyway aren't you a national park warden?

I did seasonal work for the State Parks in Missouri and seasonal work for the Forestry Service, and would occasionally putz around at the dairy I used to work at.

Now I'm hoping to land a job as a seasonal wild fire... fighter. My income will be about the same, but I'll only have to work 26 weeks a year. That and I won't be going insane with boredom.

Montana is awesome, especially western Montana. I had an aunt who lived out in Missoula and it was a beautiful place. Not sure I'd want to live there just cause the population is so sparse, but definitely a breathtaking place. Eastern Montana is kind of flat and boring, isn't it?

^^^ sort of. The farther east you go, the more prairie you get, with random outcroppings of Badlands and weird geographic features.

....Billings is in the south Central, so I've got tiny mountain ranges all over and some prairie.

You know, I might be moving to Montana soon. Just to raise me up a crop of dental floss. And I might just grow me some bees, but I'll leave the sweet stuff for somebody else. But then on the other hand I would keep the wax and melt it down, pluck some floss, and swish it around. I'd have me a crop. And it'd be on top, that's why I'm moving to Montana!

Sorry if this seems off topic, I couldn't resist.

Seems cool. Closer to the Pacific Ocean at least. Closer and closer. Hope you enjoy it there and can stay for a while...
