Help Vanilla Before She Comes 2

Okay so I want to get a smart phone but I need help choosing what phone will be the best one for the features I want and the price I can afford.

Basically I can afford ~NZ$200 wholesale. The features I want is:

* Camera: absolute min 5 px
* Wifi, 3G
* All the applications I can
* Decent sized screen with touch keypad only.
* Colour is not a big deal, pink would be amazing but whatever is fine.

What are your suggestions and why? I need something that is going to last but doesn't have to be the top of the line with features either. Voice recognition would be good but you need money for that.
