so far, i have had zero luck posting vids... but i'm trying again anyway!

this first one is a midi instrument created by a true geek. parameter assigning would pretty much take forever, but playability is out of this world.



this one is of three carnatic percussionists. aside from this video being awesome because of the white guy's facial expressions, it's also improvised and they're talking to each other with the music to dictate upcoming parts when the solos are over.



and this is roxorloops. some french dude with ultra-awesome beatboxing skills.

no sh*t. "hand drums" have some crappy stigma, mostly due to hippies who think you don't need to practice to be a musician. but these guys do something here that's pretty hard to top as far as mastery goes in general.
