HELL yeah it is. I freaking love ceviche. There's a Mexican grocery store down the street from where I work that sells ceviche when they have the ingredients handy. Wish they were open all night, I'd just live there.

Cool. Yes it is! I make mine with shrimp and scallops. Some people just like it with fish. It just depends what your taste buds enjoy. =]

I dig anything, but I'm pretty sure I'm allergic to shrimp, so I have to avoid it!
