She wrote a letter back in December saying how much she loved my bookstore and that every time she visits her Auntie she gets to come in and get a pastry and a hot chocolate from the cafe before picking out a new book. She talked about some of the artwork I have hanging and asked me what my favorite books were when I was her age. I wrote her back and answered all of her questions and sent her a $10 gift card to use the next time she comes in.

I framed her original letter and have it posted in the store.
