I've bumped into quite a lot of Scottish people in Wales (which is a short ride down the motorway from here). A lot of them like it and stay, maybe even setting up shop.

I don't know Cardiff too well, but I wouldn't be suprised to find that there are places run by people from just about everywhere. It's that kind of city.

i can't remember the exact address - but the American place is on the way to Eli, and the Scottish place is near the Port

I won't go specially, I'll just have a look next time I'm around. I'll tell you if I find them anywhere.
And my cousin would tell me: "what happens in Cardiff stays in Cardiff." I don't know what he means, but I'll assume that things don't change there much.
