Let me explain. Many years ago this man murdered and raped 2 girls. For some reason his case was dropped even though the general consensus was that he was the perpetrator.

I knew someone that was a friend of that guy. He told me the guy confessed to the murders.

I also met the guy....so I met a serial killer.
