As a former fastfood worker, this makes me happy to see what I like to think of as a douchebag customer getting what we all know he deserves. But, as a decent human being it horrifies me that he would hit them with a metal poll when they were already down. Stomping on the back of their head while they pitifully curl into the fetal position is all that is warranted in that instance.
