I think if I open a restaurant I'll show employees this tape for workplace training. This is how all irate customers should be handled.

I won't have to worry so long as I enforce my three point safety rule.

1. No cameras or cell phones
2. Unruly customers leave in a car trunk.
3. Keep the customers quiet or make them keep quiet.

I think it would only be appropriate to serve Italian food.
