Does a broken nose, cracked ribs, grade 3 concussion, broken neck, slipped discs, or knocked out teeth sound fake to you? Pro wrestling matches are somewhat choreographed. The participants lay out what moves ("spots") they want to hit and the winer is usually predetermined. But they still do hit, kick, punch, suplex, HURT each other.

so why do you think it should be taken seriously? if the outcome of the match is predetermined then it's not called sport, but a spectacle....

sports entertainment is the actual term. and the public doesnt know the outcomes, and many dont know thats its predertimined.

well entertainment sure, but sports no....circus performers are wonderful athletes i'm sure, but noone calls it sport...
also, the fact that the public doesn't know the outcome doesn't change the fact that it's not competitive, ergo, not a sport....
the fact that many don't know it's predetermined just goes in favour of my theory that only retards watch and enjoy it....
