wtf? have a look through the whole thread you can but up bands aswel, and even if people hadnt put bands throughout the whole post aswel i'd still put it cus, to be fair, its not really the number one thread to be taken seriously. so for gods sake just put an answer to the previous post, get a beer, take some pills to calm down the blood pressure and just get on with it.
