Pain in my picking hand
I'm having alot of pain in the thumb knuckle joint of my right hand, my family has a strong history of arthitus so I'm thinking that's the problem.
Does anyone else have problems with the joints in their hands? If so do you know of any excercises or anything I should be doing to help? |

My picking hand is okay but whenever I put in enough hours to actually make any progress in my guitar playing my knuckles start locking up when I fret the strings so I have to take my hand off and relax it to unlock it and change chords. Really stops me getting anywhere skill-wise.
