anyway, going back to the question, i voted yes, pleople can see in so thats 1 point for me. why? well if it's a sunny day, then it's what's outside your house that is with light. and if inside your house has lights off, technically light from the outside will pass thru inside the window.

by the way, for everyone's info, lights can pass thru windows. unless you cover it with a curtain or you have a wooden window but nontheless, light can pass thru a window.
