Yes, people can see in: 2
No, people can't see in: 5

It depends on the position of the sun and the type of windows that you have but I will go with yes.

Depends on how close to the window the person inside is, if there is a person inside. Glass is reflective, sure, but so is a pasty white naked body of an old man pressing his genitals against the window at passing young ladies.

You see something like that, and anything is possible.

The question, though, was generally speaking what's the answer. A pasty naked man up against the window isn't the general scenario.

I suppose that makes sense, and invalidates my theory, as I'm sure it happens often enough for it to be a general scenario, but apparently people can't see it. Changing my answer to no.

Yes, people can see in: 2
No, people can't see in: 6

Definitely no.

Yes, people can see in: 2
No, people can't see in: 8

I was making faces at my dog (pretty stupid), thinking he could see me. He wasn't reacting, so then I walked outside and THEN he got all happy. That's when I noticed that you couldn't see anything but the reflection of trees. It does all depend though, because if it's an intensely cloudy day without a lot of light I think you might be able to. BUT generally, no.
