I'm always in the creative mood. But one of the biggest things I get ideas from is dreams. If not dreams, then pretty much anything that affects the senses. Like fragrances, food, or music.

still no. i have the habit of endulging myself once an oppurtunity arise.
if i start biting on a burger, i find it hard to stop myself so better just settle with something that does not affect my physical figure or anything like that.
