So for the last week or so, I have been operating completely logically and effectively, completing all my work when required, and not letting anything stop me. I didn't just apply this to work. I applied it to everything I said or did. Everything had a reason.
This phase probably had something to do with me reading Isaac Asimov and watching Dexter(I am easily influenced by anything i watch or read). For the first couple of days, this was very satisfying. I was finally getting things done! Then when the novelty wore off, I found myself a bit...hollow. Frustration and restlessness started to overcome my determination, and finally I could take it no longer. I came out of the phase with a bang, lashing out at everyone I could. Now, I've returned to my original, relatively-calm self, and I find myself wondering what is the right way. So I ask the members of this community: Do you let logic and reason rule your decisions or is emotion the driving force in your life?
