Boozin, it may not be a good idea for you to quit cold turkey. If you are chemically dependent on alcohol, then not getting alcohol can actually be dangerous. You should consult with a doctor to see if you need to be weaned off or what you call it, reduce consumption over time until you've quit.
Also make sure you get vitamins like vitamin Bs in you. Alcohol helps flush these vitamins out of your body and that can cause problems for example in your central nervous system and that is quite serious. People who are fond of their brain functions should not be alcoholics. |
Great advice lisnaholic. I don't think trying to go told turkey and quit drinking so suddenly is a good idea and I don't think it would be succesful.
