As far as I'm aware none of the "powers that be" are preventing Dirty from recording anything he wants.

I just think certain members would surely complain and it would cause drama and not help my case for not getting permabanned at some point. I think the world is considered an extension of MB, so even if I didn't post the song here, I could still get banned since it relates to members here. It's not something I want to deal with right now. For now I'll just consider the project "postponed" and subject to be started up again.

Really? All I saw was Dirty claiming that and then one or two other people, who aren't a mods, agreeing with him. Hardly a consensus.

He wouldn't be banned for making a song. I'm sure whatever he records and mixes music with is far outside the boundaries of MB.
