look, he was banned for 30 days because of apparently insulting someone based on sexuality and race, but who that person was, never came to light

who's to say if he makes a rap song about members who don't care, there won't be a similar "insulting someone based on sexuality and race" rule, even if it isn't apparent who it is?

Generally speaking everything in the entire world except musicbanter.com and mb.politeforce.com is outside of MB jurisdiction.

And just so we're clear, me acknowledging that you're not going to get banned over something done outside the confines of MB is not a blank check to then turn around and actually post or link to something within the confines of MB that breaks the rules. Please use good judgement.

All this confusion could be avoided by simply asking which members are willing to be included and only using those.
