That being stated, I'd avoid paying too much attention to news reports on the latest findings in nutrition science. What you should pay attention to aren't reports from a handful of recent studies, but long standing theories that have been repeatedly affirmed. Anyways my personal diet: I don't eat any processed sugars. I don't eat any type of grain. I emphasize non-starchy vegetables over fruit, and the only fruits I eat are high-fiber. I eat around 8 eggs a day and a good deal of meat. |

Well I've decided to start another Keto diet. I did it years ago and it was succesful although I didn't do it as long. I am going to do it all summer, exactly 3 months, and see what results I come up with. I'm gonna keep a blog about it on here incase anyone would for some reason be interested in seeing what I'm eating.
But my point for posting this message is because to document all of my calorie intake every day and make sure I am eating the right amount of fats, proteins, and carbs, I am using a pretty sweet site called Fitday. If anyone here is thinking about counting calories, I'd check out that site. It's pretty much the greatest. |

to lose weight around the ribs/hips. do a sit up but go over to the left and bring your left leg up as you do so. then the next situp do it to the right. swimming front crawl/breast stroke is also good for ribs.
tell me if the sit up is too confusing and ill find something to show you.

I'm down to a sexy 32 inch waist, from about 37 when I started. Last weigh in was 12 stone 9, that was about a month ago, when I was a 33 inch waist. I had a strained hamstring last week so didnt do any exercise at all, other than walking (limping) in general day to day life, and was relying on continued healthy eating to not put anything back on.
I need to remember to keep hydrated though, I've got the small meals at regular intervals down to a tee, I dont go longer than 3 hours without eating now. But I dont take on enough fluids in the morning compared to the afternoon.

Biggest meal would be dinner, 100g (dry weight) of wholegrain pasta, 100g chicken breast grilled, mixed with stir fried tomatoe (half of one), and quarter of a red, yellow and green pepper.
Edit, that still doesnt read very clear to me lol. I stir fry half a tomato, quarter of a red pepper, quarter of a green pepper and quarter of a yellow pepper, then mix that veg in with the pasta and chicken.
