There's no real secrets unfortunately. Just exercise and change your diet! Most people lose their will power within a couple of weeks. I tend to make everything into a pattern/schedule, so I've never had trouble. But my friend Heather, her friend Ashley, my friend Nikki, my friend AJ, and also my step brother Ray all fell off the wagon within a month. So make sure you try and switch things up if you find yourself getting bored, or find someone to workout with so you can keep tabs on each other. I wasn't good at doing that. Once my friend Heather started to make excuses, I pretty much just let her fail. :soccer:

Alright cool dude. you think I should just try ot lift me and keep doing those push ups an dplanks for a hwile and thats it?

Pretty much! But you could also buy a cheap dumbbell set from Wal-Mart. I use my dumbbells, and I use an old swing set down the street for pull-ups, chin-ups, wipers, etc.

BTown, eat a lot of protein. You need to put on weight and the best way to do that is with protein. I say go to the store and get a big jug of protein powder. Drink 2 or 3 of them a day. Just a scoop in a glass of water, mix it up, and chug it. I'd drink one in the morning, after working out, and before bed. Like Canwll said, get in a routine and STICK TO IT. I've falled off the workout wagon like 100 times but I've managed to stay on it this time and I feel great about it. I would try to get some free weights or resistance bands and do biceps and tricep workouts with them. And also do crunches and pushups. You aren't very big so a lot of ab work will go a long ways. Most important thing is to stay consistent with workouts and EAT PROTEIN

alright thanks dudes

Yeah protein is important, but don't overdo it. It won't screw up your body if you do, but I think it's overstated quite a bit. If you take in too much, the excess could end up in your fat stores. It's definitely beneficial (especially post workout and before bed), but as long as you're not doing anything too intense, don't go crazy.

The protein guide is 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh. Any more than that is unneccesary, and I believe it can affect either your kidneys or your liver (although this may only be an issue if you take it as a protein shake - someone who is into this more could tell you definitively).

Yeah that could be the case. I don't take in protein outside of my actual food intake. But I plan to soon because I've ramped up my routine quite a bit.

I used to drink those meal supplements for breakfast that had some protein in it and that's when I saw the most weight loss.
