Thanks, I checked and I been to them all lol I may just do it again in the summer though. I worry about mountain lions and bobcats because they are on the news of being seen on trails.

That's a lotta trails you've been to.

There's quite a few paved trails for bikes around here too, but they aren't shaded and covered by a canopy of tree's and about 10 degree's cooler like a forest trail. Looking forward to some relief from the heat go to back to biking though.

Watch out for that stuff that the FDA doesn’t have jurisdiction over. Not saying either way with this: I don’t know but we are in an age of Wild West snake oil and some of it ain’t no good for you.

My opinion: stick with fruit and vegetables as they grow. <3

Usually, the shortcuts aren't as good for you as the fresh stuff. Grow your own. Become a farmer. Get subsidies from the government and start an illegal moonshine biz. Ya gotta put in the work to get results.

I've been getting out to a trail where there's a lot of tree's with burl's on them, and I started noticing some resemblances of a few animals in the burl's:

All that LSD I did as a teenager is finally paying off.
