I been putting organic chia seeds into my protein shakes, veggie shakes, and berries with water smoothies. Plus I been eating a great all fruit and veggie diet mostly, since the start of the year. Taking the 15 minute trip into a bigger town that has a store has been nice because Ive bought broccoli twice since the year started. When in 2019 I only bought once and it was in late December. Im going to buy potatoes, I forget to buy
