I thought this was an interesting video, but for every video on one side arguing some nutrition fact there is a debunk video from the opposite side.. Idfk anymore.

Found Pineapples in a can that has 100% pineapple juice in it too. Its slices. for only 1.50, if they keep them in the store ill buy instead of hot pockets when i go there. hot pockets are 500 calories and a can of pineapple slices is 300 calories...

Plus pineapple juice is very good for the lungs
