Been drinking this along with a daily drink of oatmeal water with lemon and cinnamon which is supposedly good for cutting fat. Them pills are strong, they've suppressed my appetite but they've made my gag reflex very sensitive and they make me feel like I'm about to get sick but not quite. That must mean they working.

Work out more, eat less and healthier. It's not rocket science.
