weighed myself yesterday because i randomly gained 3 pounds and i was shocked and wondered if today i was still 3 pounds heavier but i was 6 pounds in the right direction this morning

i hooped yesterday in 93 heat for 30 mins, plus the grass cutting this morning that made me sweat more than i thought. i dont think just that caused the 6 pound decrease but i also didnt eat much and theres also possible scale error on a digital

hooping in the heat is beyond different from just hooping in 70-80 degree weather

Caffeine is more than just a pick-me-up. Learn how it can improve your lifts and enhance your results every time you hit the gym.

Caffeine is one of the most studied supplements out there. Piles of research demonstrate its safety and effectiveness. Research even demonstrates the health benefits of consuming caffeine.

But if you're on this site and taking caffeine, you're probably less interested in health benefits and more interested in performance benefits. I'm here to cover the four reasons why caffeine makes workouts better.

| 4 Reasons Why Caffeine Makes Workouts Better |
1. More Energy (00:34)
2. Increased Strength (01:03)
3. More Endurance (01:31)
4. Less Muscle Soreness (02:19)

What you eat – and when – can make you superhuman.

- The importance of the microbiome has really come to the fore in the last five years. Viome, a company that analyzed the feces of 100,000 people, has discovered 10,000 new types of gut bacteria.

- Additionally, Improved imaging technology led scientists to discover you don't have just one microbiome, you have two. The second one is in your brain, populated by the same bacteria that live in your gut.

- Simple habits can foster healthy gut and brain bacteria, which can help you live longer and age more slowly. Eat mostly vegetables, take fiber and prebiotics, and practice intermittent fasting, says Dave Asprey.

Dave Asprey is a Silicon Valley tech entrepreneur, professional biohacker, the New York Times bestselling author of Game Changers, Head Strong and The Bulletproof Diet, the creator of Bulletproof Coffee, and the host of Bulletproof Radio, the Webby Award–winning, number one–ranked podcast. His new book, available for pre-order, is Super Human The Bulletproof Plan to Age Backward and Maybe Even Live Forever

switch to just green tea has been alil rough this first week. not that good synthetic caffeine junk in the energy drink tea but i feel safer working out with the green tea and not as worried about over doing the cardio. started journaling my progress with fitness and just in life. im not just journaling anything also, its more statements to help strengthen my habits. ran like hell today, tons of anxiety, idk why but running cures it for a short time.its all down to 3 steps for me:

1 - stay in caloric deficit
2 - get enough protein for muscles
3 - use weights to maintain and build muscles

You're addicted to the caffeine (as well as the other crap) from the energy drinks, and now your body is adjusting to the change.

T'will indeed.

I've switched to mostly just water for the better part of this summer so far. My metabolism is stronger and so is my stamina. Muscle soreness after a long day on the course is mostly non-existent too, which was a huge issue for me.
