Vandalizing something during one of his temper tantrums, initially getting like a $40 fine for it, but ending up in jail because he got into an argument with the judge/probation officer about Sonic the Hedgehog.

I think he'd do alright in jail. If he grew his beard back, he could convince the other guys that he was a murderer no problem.
