Sad to hear about "Scratch." He did an enormous amount of great work - especially in the 70s.

Tho I agree with Frown most of the time, that "Skanking..." album is one of about 3 dozen dubious,
at best, albums attributed to Lee Perry. No matter how good someone thinks the album is,
it's more of a fudged-up Bunny Lee album because of his noticeable "riddims" while being extremely doubtful that
Perry had any hand in creating any of those dubs. It's yet another case of Perry's notoriety being used to sell albums.
