Yep same here.

Been listening to Van Halen since I was 8 years old. One of the first bands I ever got into. In fact they were only the 3rd band I owned a full set of albums by.

Hey there, Urb.

So many memories tied to their first few albums, it's been a little rough. We sat around listening to VH all night last night on a Sirius channel doing a tribute, and as each random song came on I had a story to go with it. What it reminded me of, where we were when I first heard, etc.. I learned Eruption and Spanish Fly early on, but man that was such a long time ago and I couldn't play those monster pieces if my life depended on it these days. Another era gone by.
