It would also be different if it was a pattern with Kobe like Clinton.

Like Cosby and R Kelly would seem guilty based purely on the number of accusations.

Similar to how there's no proof that the Clintons had anyone killed but they just have way too many enemies and witnesses that conveniently in so called suicides or bizarre accidents.

AFAIK this was the only Kobe rape beef.

He's probably just more slick with the coverup process but you'd kind of expect a one man operation to be tighter than a business partnership.
