I always wonder why a few women will fall head over heels over convicted murderers in jail to begin with. Do the really want adventure that bad?

I watch a lot of true crime stuff, this condition is known as hybristophilia - check out the link below, has more info about it and possible causes - it can affect men as well, but given the greater frequency that men commit high profile crimes that receive news coverage, we are more aware of the condition in women. But make no mistake, plenty of men have sent female inmates fanmail, e.g. the female members of the Manson family.

This is on the level of the recent death of

the great Uppalapu Srinivas at the age of only 45.

I am very used to not recognising the people you mention in this thread, rostasi, but Shivkumar Sharma was clearly well-known: his demise was given prominent space on the front page of yesterday's BBC website, alongside Ukraine and Roe vs. Wade.

 Well, that put a big smile on my face this morning. Thanks Trollheart.

^ This, jwb's comment, and SGR's about Hybristophilia (which is new to me) - these speculations are exactly why her story is so worth a movie.
Running away with a bad man, running away from a bad man: I wonder if Vicky White didn't also have Thelma And Louise running through her confused head...

Trollheart 05-12-2022 05:21 AM

You mean the one that's been up other prisoner's asses and in their mouths? Oh yeah: great dick you get in prison, I'm sure.

Not everyone's dick is as mint condition as yours.

RIP Vangelis. A deservedly dodgy reputation but some of his earlier stuff was good

This is more typical of his chillout era but has the advantage of featuring one of my favorite singers, Stina Nordenstam
