Country Music Hall of Fame member Charlie Daniels dies at 83

Let's be honest almost nobody's ever heard more than one Charlie Daniels song.

The obits always mention "Devil Went Down to Georgia,"
but the only one I ever halfway liked is "This Ol' Cowboy"
...and even with that, I'm thinking I can now take out the
vocals with software and so that could be a major improvement
(same thing with Van Morrison's "Moondance").

- worked and recorded with Sun Ra, Cecil Taylor, Prince Lasha, and his own groups, including the powerful late '60s combo Ghetto Music.
