Arguably beat to the punch by the no wave scene but he definitely brought a new melodic angle to that abrasive, angular guitar approach that helped give it a lot more exposure. Gonna be bumping Entertainment once or thrice today.

Come to think of it I haven't explored past their first three albums since their 2010s stuff was so terrible, is any of their discog after Songs of the Free worth a damn?
