I'm not the worlds biggest Muffs fan, but when they're at their best they're fantastic. Especially Kim's voice. She moved me to tears with their version of Kids in America and for that alone I love her

I remember racing through Portland wasted out of my brain on my bicycle to catch one of their shows and I got there seconds before they started and my adrenaline was already pumped. It was a real small show and I yelled “**** yeah right on kck ass!!!” and everyone went nuts and I felt so PART OF IT. They were such a fun energetic band and she was so beautiful and charismatic and graceful in an athletic way, really really REALLY cool.

Of all rock history? Nah. Top 20 rock drummer of 1967? Maybe. I love his snare sound.
