Andre Previn died a few days back and didn't get a mention at all. I never explored his music tbh, but he was noticable in the media. A classical conductor/composer who cultivated a pop-celebrity presence, he was perhaps most famous for winning the heart of sixties icon Mia Farrow. It was while Previn and Farrow were married that they adopted a Vietnamese child, Soon-Yi, who went on to gain notoriety when she fell into some weird consensual/ abusive relationship with step-dad Woody Allen.
