It's the longest running TV series in the world to have still the original presenter.

I think thats a legacy worth leaving intact, while it still has its dignity.

Brian my Brother and friend. I sit here every December 10th/your birthday and wonder if that fateful day could have been altered in anyway. We had a small get together this weekend camping and talked about all the crazy **** we did and how it could have possibly come sooner. You were the strongest guy with the biggest heart I ever knew and I'll miss you til my dying day Brother.

Tough one Fred. I'm assuming your brother passed away? Hope this time isn't too rough for you, man.

Well Ravi Shankar passed away. I would mourn his death but I feel he lived a peaceful, happy 92 years.

Let's remember him for what made him famous:

Damn, wonder how Norah Jones is feeling being estranged and all from her father. Im not much of a Sitar fan, but Shankar was involved in some of the biggest cultural events in the history of mankind and played with some of the best musicians the world will ever know.

BLABBERMOUTH.NET - MINISTRY, RIGOR MORTIS Guitarist MIKE SCACCIA Dead At 47

anybody who played guitar on Ministry's Psalm 69 certainly deserves recognition

i honestly cannot decide if dying on stage is the best or worst way for someone like this to go

Blew me away when I saw this yesterday. Apparently he died immediately on stage and Al Jourgensen confirmed it via the media. Pretty sad state of affairs. I know i'll never forget his contributions as Ministry is one of those bands that will stick with me til my dying day ala the Pixies.
