Well... everyone is saying it so I might as well chime in. Like I have already said before, Hybrid Theory was my first cd that I bought with my own money. Linkin Park is one of those bands that despite the mediocrity, I keep coming back for more. They were and always will be a part of my childhood. I've been buying and spinning their music for years. Even though I couldn't stand their most recent release, I have them to thank for getting me in to a lot of the rock and metal I listen to today. Chester was always one of my favorite singers. I'll miss him and the band that he was a part of. Even if they continue it won't be the same.

Glen Campbell, Legendary Country Singer and Guitarist, Dies at 81
Quote:
Glen Campbell, the country crooner and guitarist whose sentimental ballads and catchy pop hits soothed America during the tumult of the 1960s and 1970s, has died. He was 81.

The singer, a mainstay on AM radio stations with beloved tracks like "Rhinestone Cowboy," had suffered from Alzheimer's disease in recent years.
