Heaviest or not. Who cares.

Thayal is not a great lead player but his rif***e is killer. The rythym section of Shepherd and Cameron are solid as all hell, and Cornell was one of the best singers of the last few decades. Plus they wrote some amazing songs.

IMO.

Thing is he was also getting the fattest tones back then. On guitar and vocals. 1970.

He also got his **** together and thinned way down.
