I read that and said... oh crap.... David Kelly! and realised I had the name confused with David Kelley. Phew, what a relief that David Kelley is alright.

He is best remembered in my mind for the builder in Fawlty Towers and the one armed waiter Albert Riddle in Robin's Nest
